The purpose of this guidance is to provide information for accessing our Virtual Training Course Classrooms – this giving you confidence in booking and attending.
On purchasing a Virtual Training Course, you will be emailed an invitation to the course, this via the email which you provided when purchasing the course* or as per your email enquiry; on receipt please accept this invitation via your installed email application.
*Please ensure that when purchasing your email is correct, if not please contact us a soon as possible so that we can amend as required.
Accessing the Zoom Virtual Classroom
Accessing our Zoom Virtual Classrooms at the allocated date/time is simple and secure.
Note: You do not need to have a Zoom account to join our Virtual Classroom but prior to joining the course you will be prompted to download the software – please allow time for this, we suggest that you allow at least 10 minutes.
Before the scheduled start of the course, ‘Go’ to your emailed invitation and click on the highlighted Meeting URL as illustrated below:
This will take you into a waiting area and notify the course Tutor that you are waiting, the course Tutor will then admit you into the Virtual Classroom – this along with the Meeting ID and Password included in your email invitation will ensure that the Virtual Classroom is secure to invited persons only.
Then just sit back, ask questions, and enjoy the course.
