Construction (Design & Management) Course

This course focuses on the duties of Duty Holders under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, therefore is an ideal course for persons such as the Client, Principal Designers, Designers, Principal Contractor and Contractors.

 

The course is delivered either by delegates attending a Classroom Venue or by attending a live Virtual Classroom – the choice is yours.

  • The duties of each Duty Holder.
  • The purpose and content of CDM Documentation
  • The requirements for Welfare and General Safety on a Construction Site

Our CDM Awareness course is a scheduled half day course and is delivered in two formats:

  1. Classroom attendance, either at our venue (training facilities) or at your venue
  2. Virtual Classrooms

At Our Venue – this venue is suitable for up to 10 persons.

At Your Venue – the number of attendees being recommended to be up to 12 as this ensures optimum attendee participation and learning experience.

Virtual Classrooms Training

This delivery method is simple, convenient and cost effective as it reduces travel time, potential time away from the workplace and overnight accommodation costs etc.

On registration, we will invite you or your teams/employees via ‘Zoom’, this being a secured invitation facilitating two-way interaction whilst delivering the course.

This will allow us to broadcast into your home, offices, or training room via our HD Webcam, ensuring a quality image is delivered from our training facilities.

When Booking a Virtual Classroom Training Course Your Attention is drawn to the following:

  • Due to the nature of the training course, each delegate will need to provide their email address to join; this for security reasons and so that we have a record of attendees for the subsequent issuing of certification etc – sorry but Group Registration is not permitted due to this.
  • Each delegate will need a Laptop, PC or similar device with a front facing webcam (for example, a tablet); thereafter you are good to go – just sit back, ask questions and enjoy.
  • We will limit delegate attendance to Virtual Classrooms to 12 persons this to optimise attendee participation and the learning experience.
