Please read through these terms and conditions carefully. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions in order to complete the ordering process. If you do access the website, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
Orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided or by calling 01623 753654.
Please do not e-mail your card details. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.
Payment is taken as soon as the order is received. You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch or Delta. We are unable to accept Electron cards, cheques, cash, or postal orders for website orders.
Orders will only be processed if you provide the card holder’s name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode that appears on the card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Watson & Watson Safety Limited for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.
Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators may be prosecuted.
Any order requiring any physical content will be despatched within 5 working days of receiving it. Any order not requiring physical content (ie a training course space) will be delivered as per the order, i.e. on the dates of the course booked, at the location of the course booking, subject to minimum course delegate numbers being achieved.
If your order does not arrive within the advised delivery times please contact us by emailing email@example.com or contact us on 01623 753654. Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
UK: £7.50 per order
We do not accept orders from any address other than ones UK Based.
If, post purchase, the course you are booked on does not achieve the minimum required numbers we will refund any monies paid immediately directly to the card used by you for payment originally.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 provide the right to customers to cancel their order at any time prior to delivery and up to fourteen (14) working days after receiving the goods, starting on the day after you receive the goods.
If you wish to cancel your order during the fourteen (14) day period please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone on 01623 753654.
If you have already received any goods, you must return the goods at your own cost, to the office address, within fourteen (14) working days of the cancellation date.
Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation date, to the card which you originally used for the purchase.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Outside of this 14 day period any other request to cancel your order will be treated on merit, at the Directors discretion.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your goods, and return it to us at the address below, in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue you a full, or replace it.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery. We can only accept the return, and refund opened items if they are faulty.

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services via email, email@example.com.
Alternatively, you may telephone us on 01623 753654 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you wish to speak to someone. We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 working days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case.
A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.
